Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms, Conditions and Amendments.

Each time you use or cause access to this web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Condition, as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. In addition, if you are using a particular service on or through this web site, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services and they shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Service.

Our web site and services provided to you on and through our web site. You agree that the owners of this web site exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this web site and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to site, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.

3. Invites

As a member of this organisation you must understand that when a group tournament is organised all invites are discretionary to the Game leader who must at all times be in charge of the lobby even if he/she is not the host.

4. Instructions

All member must follow instructions giving to them by game leader on the game the leader is incharge. If you have a complaint with a game leader you can report it to admin as only senior admin can over rule the game leader.

5. Non members

All members to be held accountable for anyone who joins from their friend list and removal of players from game if necessary, if players don't take responsibility they must leave the game to ensure the outside player won't rejoin. Players outside the group can only be invited with prior and express permission of admin only. All outside players must be muted if requested by Game Leader or Admin.

6. Member Killing

Any member killing any member of the group is unacceptable unless admin permission is granted. If you did get killed in a game by a member report it and do not kill the player back unless you have permission.

7. Punishment

All punishments are pending appeal but all appeals to be in writing by e-mail within 48 hours. If unable please contact a member of admin ASAP. The issue and result of the appeal will be final and available within 48 hours.

8. Comments/Clan Tag

Please make sure you use the clan tag and comment CKGC at all times otherwise you will no longer be invited and reported to senior admin also if necessary you will be asked to leave or make the appropriate changes to comply with this rule. Please make sure your comment has no inapproprite language or abuse.

9. Excessive Noise

Please be aware, if during a voice chat or game you make or an excessive noise is made through your mic you must notify your senior admin if they decide its too much they may at their discretion ask you to leave and not return until they are satisfied that the noise level is acceptable.

10. Inactive

Please remain active (in contact with admin) it is discretionary to senior admin how long it is before you are declared inactive but it will be no more than 14 days without contact until you are suspended. Once you come back active you will unsuspended immediately but you will be asked by admin to explain why you was off for so long.

11. Spamming

Spamming any member on msn, psn or any other contact method is not allowed 4-5 messages in a row is what we class as spamming.

12. Availability

If requested by senior admin to be available you must make yourself available in any way.

13. Chain Of Command

Please note you must use your chain of command when contacting senior admin failure to do so will result in disciplinary measures being taken against you.

14. Applications

All applications to be admin, Game leader ect. Must be sent to crazykurt by e-mail. If you dont have access to e-mail please contact a member of admin ASAP

15. Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations.

In order to use this web site, you must register on our site and agree to provide truthful information when requested.

16. After Suspension

After a member has served a suspension that member will come back into the group as a Bronze Member. Before you are allowed back in the group you will have to be approved by admin.

17. Order of obedience

3 strikes/offences applied by admin = 1 week suspension from group

4 strikes/offences = 1 month suspension from group

5 strikes/offences = Banned from group

You will then be able to make an appeal to be unbanned. If you go up to 6 strikes/offences you will receive a permanent ban.
