UK Government fines Sony
The UK Information Commissioner’s office announced today that it is fining Sony 250,000 pounds, or about $395,000, for a 2011 data breach. The office calls the failure to protect users’ information a “serious” breach of the Data Protection Act.
PS3 gets Skyrim DLC's at 50% off
It's official, the wait is over. PS3 gamers can finally get access to all of the Skyrim DLC released to date on the PSN Store next month.
Skyrim: Dragonborn, Dawnguard and Hearthfire will all be available in February, according to the official PlayStation blog.
What's more, by way of an apology the content will all be available for 50% off for the first week of their availability.

A new 4G LTE model of the PlayStation Vita will be replacing the 3G model sometime this year. According to the source, this will be the so-called "price drop" that has been rumored for the Vita as the new model will retain the $299 price point for an upgraded system.
